We are looking for intermediate-level Data Engineers, ETL Developers and aspiring Data Consultants to join our Data Engineering practice in Auckland as we grow in 2026.

You will:
- Be a self-starter, with excellent knowledge of BI, data pipelines, data integration & data analysis
- Be able to contribute with minimal supervision
- Be organised with a strong drive to succeed
- Be looking for opportunities to expand your experience leading teams
You will have skills in some or all of the following:
- Solid SQL skills
- Good data pipelines experience
- Good ETL/ELT experience
- Exposure to data modelling
- Data analytics and reporting experience
- User requirements gathering
You will be proficient in one or more of the following technologies:
- Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, BigQuery, SQL Server, Oracle
- dbt, SSIS, ADF, Dataform
- Azure, GCP, AWS
- Power BI or other reporting tools
- Version control using GIT
Development experience (Python, Go, Java, .NET) or data architecture experience is desirable (but is not mandatory).

To be successful in the role you will have:
- The right to work in New Zealand full time
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience delivering data solutions
- Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to self-manage
- A positive attitude and a strong team focus
- The ability to communicate effectively at both technical and business levels
- A relevant technology certification or be prepared to attain certification within your first 90 days
